All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Digital downloads Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once a file has been downloaded, we are unable to issue a refund.

Canvas prints All canvas prints are made to order and printed specifically for each customer. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or defective items If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at kristeasesu@yahoo.com with a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
